Game Producer

5x5 Gaming is seeking a talented and well-rounded Game Producer to join us! As a Producer, you will manage the development and operations of our first game. You will be in charge of defining the project development strategy and oversee their development. You will closely interact with internal teams and 3rd party service providers by providing clear guidelines and key success factors at all stages of development.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the project, and manage members of the team.
- Work with executive management team to craft vision of the titles, and to develop schedules and resource requirements to ensure achievement of vision.
- Initiate and track all production processes through direct management of team leads (art, design, development, QA).
- Direct relationship management of third party consulting firms.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones while safeguarding quality of work in accordance with predefined project schedule.
- Develop and maintain project schedules for all functional areas of development.
- Work with QA to triage game issues and drive updates to the game service.
- Assume the role of representing all our games internally and externally.
- Contribute to improving the quality of our games, the productivity of our teams and the efficiency of our processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as a Producer in the games industry.
- Candidate must have shipped at least one video game title.
- Experience managing a team of 10+ developers (programmers, artists, animators, designers, testers).
- Extremely strong project management skills - Fluent with Agile methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An excellent knowledge of production, the difficulties generally encountered by teams and solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide consistent guidance on different areas : art, game design , organization, business.
- A good mobile video game culture and a great knowledge of the mobile gaming market.
- A constant concern of mobile consumer expectations , its use of products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills , combining leadership and diplomacy.
- Strong skills with the MS Office suite of tools: Word, Excel, and Project.
- Fluent English.
